Nick Montfort: "Your experience with Richard Stallman sounds hilarious. The video almost made me cry -- with laughter. I'm sure if it made you cry it was in a different way. The open source people I know are similar to Stallman in a few ways. They have beards, for instance. But I don't think they will make you run after them down the street. Actually, one of the people I know is Stallman's assistant at the Free Software Foundation and helps him "interface" with the world. We usually meet at a bar/restaurant in Harvard Square late on Sunday night. I don't know if it would supply you with good footage, but I think you would have fun there and have some interesting conversations, if you make it into town in time".
